I would leave them a negative 5 if I could. First off, repeatedly called me at 5am because they don't seem to know there is a time difference on the west coast. Huge bills even though my insurance was supposed to cover and they refused to acknowledge new provider. Sent back all the equipment, was told our balance was 0, and now continue to get new bills. Working with different company now but sent a letter demanding I contact therm about new service. I called back but they denied sending letter. They need to be shut down!!!

I can't leave a zero or half star review, so one it is. My husband and I have had Sleepmed therapies INC doing our DME deliveries of CPAP supplies for the past almost four years. Starting at the end of 2016, things went to crap. For six months they have screwed up my husband's supply order, not updating our new insurance info in their system correctly. They then charged us for things improperly billed to insurance. Getting your supplies is either feast or famine. You either have way more than what you need or you are begging for months for what you need. Dealing with customer service is an infuriating nightmare with phone tag where when you speak to a human they transfer you to a customer service line that appears to not have anyone answering the phones, you leave a message and they call back and leave a message that doesn't address the issue that you raised. Stay away, save yourself the pain and trouble and look into other DME companies in the area.

This place is beyond reprehensible. They have sent a $17 bill to collections that we paid in Sept 2016. We faxed them a copy of the cancelled check showing it was deposited to their account. Nine months later we get a seriously past due notice. Tried to reconcile it at that time, told them to have a supervisor call me, to no avail. A few weeks after that same thing, get a final due notice, called them, was assured a supervisor would call me the next week. Nothing. Now we get a collections notice. Once I fix this with the collections company, I'm sending all this information to Tricare, in hope they will discontinue using this company. They have no business being in business if they can't find and fix a simple accounting mistake on their part.

same as other complaints, Blind leading the blind, no return calls, i have left 20 plus messages, they just keep sending bills, they used generic billing codes that insurer denies, they have been given correct codes several times, I think they have only 1 part time employee that returns calls, or might answer phone call, very frustrating.

This company overbilled me and no one is qualified to correct this when I have called, they just keep sending me a bill asking for money that I do not owe. Very shady - BUYER BEWARE

My experience with their representatives has been consistently bad.
Their passive/aggressive attitudes, lack of knowledge mixed with the incompetent handling of even the simplest requests and glacial response times, leave me wondering if anyone is in charge of customer service or any aspect of their business.

Crucial supplies are received long past the date they are needed and allowed by my insurance. And any attempt to resolve or amend an issue is met with silence and/or increased wait times for supplies.

I can not, in good conscience, recommend them in any capacity.

Terrible!!! They sent me supplies when I never asked for them!!! I'm trying to reach someone to let them know that ordering supplies from Amazon is way cheaper especially when you have a high deductible. I can't reach anyone and when you leave a message, no calls back. They will not get my $$ and if they want their equipment, they better return the phone calls.

Extremely poor customer service for ordering supplies. Not sure if the Better Business Bureau is aware of these business practices, especially dealing with medical supplies.

I have been trying to get equipment for four months. They never answer the phone. Let me repeat that, they never answer the phone. Almost always goes to phonemail in Kennesaw, GA. Andy they never, let me repeat again, never return a call on the same day or the following business day. I laugh whenever I get that stupid message. It feels like the old days dealing with the Army and other bueracracies. They finally did send the equipment and it was for an entirely different machine. They deal with Medicare (which should tell you something right there) and Medicare is not my friend. So I ended up with a full mask, ResMed Airfit N10. My pressure is 11 and this mask just can't handle it. Noise all night long, seriously. And I've been on CPAPs for over 25 years. My wife is an angel and just gets up quietly and goes out to the couch.Christie was a wonderful contact when I could catch her. Otherwise, forget it.
