Extremely poor customer service. Been trying to get a defective device replaced for weeks. Customer service promises to come by evertime I call. But they never shownup.

Worst service I've ever seen. These place keeps sticking URGENT notes on my door. Every time, I have been good enough to call them and tell them NOBODY here has their equipment. The nitwits always say it's for the previous owner and they will take care of it. I guess NO ONE follows through on that lie since I once again got a URGENT card on my door today and it says they will bill me for the equipment. Well, go ahead, you won't get a penny from me since I DO NOT have any of your equipment

They don't have the best customer services for a medical supply company. You are serving people in need but they don't come across as wanting to be bothered. They want you to come and get the oxygen cylinder refills when some patients don't have the transportation or health wise unable to drive the distance.

When you call to order supplies they just answer the phone as though they are sitting at home, no phone etiquette. You better ask who you are speaking to in case they mess up your supply order. They act like you are bothering them when you call for services and they never have any supplies in or you have to drive and go pick up your oxygen which for most people may be a distance. You would think the State of Georgia would have other better medical supply companies.

They don't communicate well and customer service is not the best. They do not return calls or provide you with a correct answer. You have to call numerous times to speak with someone that can perhaps tell you what is going on.

I have worked with several DME companies over the years. This is by far the worst. As I type, I'm sitting on hold with them. Again. This is my seventh call to try to get oxygen equipment that was ordered by the doctor over SIX WEEKS ago. I have been told it's been delivered (it wasn't), was on order, is in the warehouse, and so on. And I'm STILL WAITING! If Medicare would let me fire them, I would. But due to Medicare rules, I'm stuck. These people are awful!

I have been provided oxygen through this company since July. From the first day home from the hospital when they were 4 hours late and I had been out of oxygen for 2 hours up to the lack of service I still get today. Nothing but problems with the crack head that answers the phone in Douglasville, if she answers or doesn't return calls. I was told to begin with I would get tanks every 30 days to now only getting them ever 90 days. I even had to drive 3 hours to go get my own tanks one time. I have told my Dr. of the lack of service and I'm in the process of calling BCBS and the Insurance Commissioner of Georgia.

If you are lucky enough to get anyone on the phone, pray that your requests will be taken care of this year. This is the only supply business my insurance covers so I am stuck with them.

I have been waiting for a piece of equipment since April 22. It is now June 23. TWICE the sales person has told me it was being overnighted to me. She has NEVER provided me with a tracking number. Good thing I am not waiting for oxygen or anything like that

I have called Home Medical Systems repeatedly to pick up an oxygen tank. They kept telling me they would be coming by on a Tuesday. I put it on the porch as instructed, but they never came to get it. The last time I talked to them, the lady told me to throw it in the trash! I couldn't believe she instructed me to do that. I took it to the nearest fire station for them to handle.

During oxygen service for my daughter, they were rude and demanding. Do NOT use them for anything!! They are unreliable.
