DO NOT USE COASTAL HOME RESPIRATORY. They did not bill correctly to the Insurance Company, instead of them taking the responsibility they put the responsibility on us. thank goodness after 1 year the insurance straightened out THEIR mess, however in the mean time even though I had been in contact with Heather all the time & the insurance lady Sandy had called them and worked real hard to get Coastal Home's mistake paid for through insurance & also talked to Heather several times, they had the audacity to put a highlighted note in the statement they sent and threatened us with turning the bill over to collections! Really Again this was THEIR mistake, they should be grateful that the insurance paid them. Also in the beginning of this mess, Heather told me this charge is for rental & should have been sold out right, when I questioned how many months do you charge for rental, she said well I guess we can stop!! Really this seems real shady to me. I give them a -100 rating! I'm telling you do not deal with these folks. The folks at Sleepwell are wonderful, use them instead.

This Company charged me more than double what my supplies should have cost. $239.23 for what I found on other sites for $89.95. There excuse was that I put it on my insurance. My insurance deductible was $250. So I had to pay for the whole thing out of my pocket. He actually told me that for my supplies should have ran me $125 through him without insurance. He was the one who told me what my deductible was. Shame on me for not doing my homework. This company, in my eyes, have no morals. This is why our insurance rates are so high, because of companies like this. They did not even try to make it right.
