great service! whenever I have called, the response to my needs are immediate, the very same day. whit and jeff are both registered therapists, and orville is very pleasant and trustworthy to deliver your oxygen needs. I highly recommend this service as a registered respiratory therapist myself

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
