Thanks to Bethany all of my issues are resolved. When reading the bad reviews about NewAir I realized that the CPAP industry as a whole is a frustrating experience since it is still in an early stage of development. The equipment is complicate and not perfect yet but will be some day. I have been with NewAir for years and am very pleased with the company's response to my problems. I had on-and-off issues for a long time but finally after MY OWN perseverance all issues are resolved thanks to the staff at NewAir especially Bethany. They really do care. So stop complaining and take it upon yourself to work with them. Your health is your responsibility no one else's.

Don’t do business with this company if you can help it. There are plenty other medical suppliers to choose from that can be trusted, but not this one. My BiPap machine came clearly used (no box, no carrying case, the cord was dirty, etc.) and they insisted it was brand new and charged me for a new one. They fitted me incorrectly for a mask that I can’t use, but refused to take it back. Customer service is fine when you are ordering something but stinks if you have any issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!

Only wish I could leave 1/4 star. This company is Unfriendly, unprofessional, refused to order new CPAP machine. Guess some companies think they know better the the doctors. Have moved on and found a much better vender. For all the one star reviews there are tons of venders out there that are willing to help you and unlike this place very professional.

Was given a CPAP Mask that was awful. When I mentioned it to my Doctor's office they stated that they told them not to use this mask anymore. Why would they do this ? To make more money ?
