I went to get cpap supplies the last week of August, 2017. Took orders from my Dr., since I hadn't been compliant in using it for awhile, the Dr. wrote a letter to Medicare so I could get new supplies . It took me 3 weeks to convince the employee to send my paper work in. He was polite, but kept insisting they would not pay unless I had a new sleep study done. He finely agreed to send in my papers in & said he would call me when he heard from them. I did not hear from him again for a month so I called him again. He said I was approved so I went to the store and he said my supplies were ordered and he would call me when they come in. 2 weeks have past again. no word from him, still I do not have my needed supplies. Can ANY ONE tell me how to reach the owner in charge? Thank You
