They made sure every single question I had was answered,. Their staff is very friendly and professional.We bought a Lift Chair (Jan.2012) and had some questions after it was delivered and they were very nice in dealing with our confusion. Recently had a minor issue with the chair. Response was quick and after 2 visits by the Pride Factory gentleman issue was corrected.....We would and have recommended this store to others because of our experience.
