Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
