They were very nice to my face on the first meeting, when I realized that the mask was too long for my face I called them and let them know. The respiratory tech said let me call you back (that has yet to happen)
every time I called to talk to someone it was "oh they are not at their desk, leave a message" which no one ever returns. Worst part is I called a week later to speak to the resp tech and he said well is too late you should have called right away and well I told him I did! He of course said "let me call you later" I was never able to work with them after this fiasco.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Kind of, but not very much

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
