They don't always have what you need in stock; kind of expensive when they do. Some staff is very helpful, others are down right rude.

I rented a wheelchair for a weekend last summer so my son could attend the Air Show. The chair was ready on time and returned with no problems. Very helpful. I have purchased equipment for bathroom safety and had no problems because the saleslady was knowledgeable and helpful too.

They are crooks! Really nice people when you're buying but if you have any problems, good luck! Won't stand behind their products and they'll lie to you when given a chance. Completely dishonest!!

Two years ago this week, on Veterans Day, I moved my 84-yr old father from Meeker to Phoenix. We stopped on the way out of town to visit his best friend in the hospital one last time. After helping Dad into the truck I forgot to load his wheeled chair and left it sitting outside the Meeker hospital. Approaching Grand Junction and needing to stop, I panicked when I realized we had no chair and 600 miles left in the trip. We found Grand Mesa Medical and were relieved to discover you had the kind of chair we needed. You let me borrow one to help Dad into the store. He spent a long time in the bathroom, those things were very difficult for him then. Finally we came out and talked about getting a chair. Dad sat there, a proud but scruffy old cowboy in his hat, with a $100.00 bill in his hand to pay for the chair. (They cost much more than that). He got a little cranky about having to wait a few minutes but your staff smiled and said you were "checking his payment options". After a moment or two your rep came out and said she had been given permission to lend the chair to dad at no charge. I told her we wouldn't be able to return it until at least January. She said "that's fine, just drop it off when you come through town." That chair was a lifesaver for the rest of that trip and for the next two months. Dad used it every day. I even used it once to help a lady who had fallen in a parking lot and broke her ankle. After getting some stents in his heart Dad was well enough on Christmas Day to walk into our home for dinner with our family, a real joy we had missed for years.
My wife and I brought the chair back about New Year's, and you were all just so kind again and wouldn't take anything for the use of the chair.
Dad passed away two weeks later, surrounded by family.
Thank you Grand Mesa Medical for treating an old cowboy Veteran and his overwhelmed son so kindly on Veteran's Day. Something tells me you do what you do not just for the money. I believe you make a lot of folks' lives just a little more tolerable every day, and once in a while you make all the difference in the world. God bless you and thank you again.
