When I call the number listed it doesn't go through; dead air. Other numbers listed go through to a mailbox that isn't set up to receive messages! What?! I'm trying to get supplies for my husband who's in a nursing facility. Did Super Care Health become Super Care Inc.? Why is it impossible to connect with this company????

I have been with Super Care about 20 months. At the beginning they over changed my credit card when I had it set up for automatic monthly deduction. I had to stop my automatic payment.. In 6 of my 90 day supplies only 1 time did I get them by the 90th day. 4 times by the 95th day. Now 97 days still no supplies. I have called Health net,Healthcare partners and Optum Care about 20 times about getting the supplies so late. All 3 of them said as soon as it is authorize it can be shipped just like 90 day prescriptions. I have called and talked to Super Care supervisor that is really nice but can’t solve the problem. Super Care told me they can’t fill my order till 90days or Super Care won’t get paid. That’s not true. Optum will pay Super Care just like they pay 90 day prescription from the 70th day on a 90 day prescription If Super Care has a authorization. Can someone get me my supplies before the 90th day. I have been promised to many times and had to many lies about my supplies from Super Care. I told a Super Care representative that my insurance covers my supplies 100% after a few orders she could see my account and she said if I didn’t give her my credit card number she would not order my supplies. I needed my supplies so I gave it to her so I would get my supplies. I called again and talked to a supervisor to get my credit card credited or you sent me a ck for your mistake. Your representatives don’t know Optum insurance policy . Optum told me you guys have a phone number you can call to verify any Optum insurance policies immediately. How do I get Super Care to call or understand my insurance so I get my supplies before the 90th day at my house? You will get paid for my supplies from my insurance if you get my authorization. If you don’t have a authorization you can’t sent the supplies. That’s just a few of the problems I have had with Super Care.

... third-rate operation; unprofessional. Prone to vehicle breakdown, the bario brothers in their Tijuana jalopies hired by SuperCare to perform delivery, not to save their lives can they be bothered to arrive on time. If you run out of oxygen? "Tough luck, muchacho!"
