Very disappointed in this company. You talk to 3 different people in the beginning (because apparently no one has an extinction but when you call it tell you if you know your party's extinction -???-- get everything set up everyone says the same thing as far as cost. Then we wait so called ask what we were waiting they said your cc# -- you have my number -- Oh we do. Get meter/ 1 mth supply of sensors told I would get 3 mths-. Then I start receiving monthly bills for rent. We I called and asked about it I was told yes maam you still owe on it. I paid what I was told to pay no one ever mentioned anything else about owing. I've had nothing but problems and lies with this company since the beginning. I'm highly disappointed in them. I wish I could leave 0 stars but it won't let me.

Signed up with Solara. Yvonna is their intake manager. Called a month before we were to receive our next order, giving plenty of time. However she delayed 2 weeks till I checked on her to make sure all was in line. Never got it lined up, caused us to be a month late and getting our next order. Even when she was going to send us a few sets to hold us over, that came out a week and 1/2 late. Hector the manager who stated he would call us and take care of this never did. Nor did he address anything to my knowledge. Save yourself the waste of time and stick with the larger better ran suppliers. These guys act like the 3 stooges.

If I could add 0 stars, I would. BE WARNED! BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY, SEARCH THEIR RECENT FACEBOOK COMMENTS (UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE HAD DETRIMENTAL ISSUES INCLUDING A PHYSICIAN) AND DO YOUR DIGGING!

I never, ever get my supplies correctly or in time from this company. I am a type 1 diabetic. I have had to use them because my insurance is stubborn about letting me go elsewhere and they put caps on my supplies at times, but when everything is in line and I have MADE SURE with my doctor, my insurance company, the CREATORS of the supplies themselves, I STILL run into trouble. I have had to literally ARGUE with these people. The thing is that once they send you an incorrect order (if you even get that order), you're stuck sitting on it and then they expect you to send it back (if you even get the replacement). I've been waiting WEEKS for a replacement for an order that was placed probably months ago. I need Freestyle LITE test strips, the manufacturer CONFIRMED this to me on the phone when I called to confirm as evidence. My PHYSICIAN/ENDOCRINOLOGIST KNOWS I NEED THESE. I cannot use WHAT THEY CONTINUE TO SEND ME. MY INSURANCE COVERS WHAT I NEED. AND IF THEY DIDN'T, WE'D BE HAVING A CONVERSATION INSTEAD OF ME AND SOLARA BACK AND FORTH.

They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. They are a dangerous company. Be careful. They do not care. Please be very careful if you need time sensitive medical supplies.
