Very poor service, same as they were in Santa Maria. Slow to order things they should have in stock. They order once a week. If you don't have a need before Wednesday, then you won't see until late the following week. They try to blame their head office, and they seem to be pretty messed up as well. They omitted supplies I ordered and needed and then sent the wrong product. I'm going to another supplier, maybe online.

Their waiting area is quite small, but I haven't had to wait very long. The staff is friendly and seem to be knowledgeable in their area of expertise.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
