I worked for them and the way they ran it was terrible, everything from the pigeons they had out front to the way their long time friend CSR whatever her name is.....I drove by today and it looks all closed up....but the old ice loading place got a paint job it needed 20 years ago.

I have written before and said I wasn't sure how I felt about home again.Well this time I do.If at all possibleI would never deal with them again,I was sent to them thru my insurance and had no choice.I do not believe I received the scooter I thought I would but the main thing is the attitude of the staff and owner,I have not received call backs when I was told I would.When I did talk to the owner today he hugh up on me before I could even ask a couple of questions

have had ongoing issues with this company. I have a beautiful, relatively new Permobil wheelchair. Home Again has been doing the maintainence on it for over 2 years. They only have one repair person and he seems to do more damage to my chair everytime he works on it. He is very careless. One time after a repair, I put the arm with the controls up and it fell back down because the screw fell out stripping another screw that took months before they repaired it and it finally stopped falling down. He has dropped large tools on the body and put chips in it, which cannot be painted over because of the special paint job. No mention of it until found later on. Another issue is the girl that takes the calls for the repair department. She has very poor communication skills, and just refuses to call back. It's not just me, I have friends with similar problems. Unfortunately, there is no other medical equipment business that I can use with my present insurance.
