I have used Burns for years, but things have become nerve racking!! I've waited 3 weeks for my pain medicine. No one bothered to call the adjuster!!! When I calledBurns, they said they couldn't call. When I got on their case, they did call and the Rx went through just fine. This is the second time this happened. But come on....3 weeks and they didn't bother to call. I'm off to CVS from now on. Burns now has the worst service ever!!!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
