I am an RN and have been part of the medical community for 20 plus years. I have never been treated with less respect in any medical situation. The person who answers the phone has no desire to help you or hear what your problem is. She is condescending and rude. She is unwilling to make an appointment or transfer you to someone in the organization who may be interested in solving your problem. I have interacted with this person previously and she was just as ruthless, today she hung up on me. So as the gate keeper she.blocks you from receiving the medical care you desperately need. I will now set about finding another source for my care, but at least I know where the bottom is.

Very disappointed in their service. Office where I picked up my equipment was dirty. Each time I spoke with someone on the phone, they were rescheduling my pick up because the respiratory therapists were on vacation. Luckily, I didn't die in my sleep before being able to get my equipment!
I would NOT recommend this company.

As of July 2013, Kaiser and Apria have a new contract for CPAP supplies and equipment. No longer available are complete kits for ResMed CPAP masks. Apria now supplies non-ResMed headgear for the ResMed CPAP masks and they don't work. The non-ResMed headgear Apria/Kaiser supplies have weak Velcro tabs and don't hold the mask in place. I've spent 4 weeks trying to get the correct headgear from the Stockton office. As of 12-4-13, I'm still waiting.

Our situation has been unusual and Apria Stockton has made every effort to work with us. I bring in empty tanks & exchange for new ones - never a problem. In & out in 5 minutes. They have always been polite, courteous and friendly. I never mind going to Apria because I know the people will smile and help me.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I have been waiting on a protable nebulizer for over a week, it was promised to me the firt part of this week, no one knows where it is they had to order it, ii seems they should have this on hand. Not very professional, nor they seem to informative, someone could die, waiting this type of equipment, offtered nothing until product came, was not asked if I had something to use until they got it together, which has not happened as of yet. Very unsatisfied with these people.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
