The reviewers who said the woman was rude, arrogant, and argumentative have it exactly right. This is a horrible disgusting company that should be avoided at all costs. There are at least two or three other extremely reputable companies that provide the same services and who know how to deal with customers.

The woman I dealt with was very rude and argumentative, and seemed emotionally unstable. She was accusatory and dismissive of my concerns. Avoid this company at all costs.

Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Everyone should be aware of the fact that the Owner acts irrational and emotionally unstable.
