Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

No. It took me several times to get through.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. The girl (Stephani) on the phone tried to help
but she said to tell my care provider to send a complete report. Have not heard from either party. My last sleep study was done by Dr Eckles of Fayetteville and have not tries to contact his office yet. To my knowledge these were complete
studies at both times and the CPAP was requested b;y Dr Scott Estes my regular

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

No, they were on time
