I have used Lincare for about 20 years . Mike here in Tucson delivers my equipment and he is awesome. He bends over backward to help me when I need it, he's always so cheerful and smiling. He is such a joy to talk to. Lincare is a wonderful company they supply me with all my oxygen needs.

Not happy. Been deeling with them since April. All they are is full of excuses. Even after I drive the 100+ miles to go to them in person, when I called a month later they were using the same excuse from six months ago. Maricela needs to find a new dgheidrick@gmail. Comjob before she is responsible for elderly death due to lack of service. I don’t understand how one person can make all the wrotired of deelingng decisions. Maybe if she did her job, this would not be necessary.

This provider doesn't care if their customers die.
My partner has severe sleep apnea and his CPAP machine keeps him alive. His current machine is broken. Water vapor is not being delivered. He's been trying to get a new machine for MANY MONTHS now, but gets nothing but the runaround from Lincare. His sleep has been compromised for many months, which UNNECESSARILY puts him at risk for stroke!!! Something very fishy is going on with this company. They're completely unresponsive. Are they receiving insurance money and not delivering? Or just completely incompetent? Believe me, if adverse health effects or death ensue from this situation--or perhaps BEFORE--there will be a lawsuit.
As for number of stars: Too bad there's no option for ZERO stars. One star is far too many.

Takes weeks to start service, billing is a joke wrong every month and you have to all. They don't return calls so this becomes a full time job. They threaten you then admit they were wrong, promise to fix it. Next month it isn't fixed and you start again. Horrible

On Saturday July 18 2015, Scott your service / delivery representative arrived at my home in Tucson Az with my first time set up of oxygen supplies. I'm compelled to write about this fine young man for his upmost politeness, knowledge, and expertise. In this fast pace society we all live in today, Scott took his time with me explaining every item, it's function and then demistraighted how it all worked. He did all the paperwork that went along with my delivery, then asked me if I had any questions, of which he answered. Scott is a true asset to your company & his breed of customer service based & knowledgable employees are few & far between in today's market. I hope my review does not fall on deaf ears and Scott receives some kind of recognition from LinCare for his hard work & excellent service!
