I have been using a CPAP machine for the past 8 years. I spend 10 to 11 hours on it out of 24. I need my machine. I started out with a different company, but switched to Alliance on the advice of my medical provider, after experiencing insurance billing difficulties with my previous company. Alliance employees have been very helpful, informative, and supportive, and their billing with Medicare has been smooth, with no issues. Speaking of issues, I recently had a problem with my 3 year old machine. I called in, and Kelly, who was booked up that day, brought me in on her lunch break, went over my machine with me, and took care of the problem. Thank You Alliance Home Care. And Thank You Kelly! You went above and beyond.

I called from California trying to arrange for medical equipment for an ailing elderly gentleman in Chino Valley. I had no idea how to go about this, so I did an Internet search and called the first one listed which was Alliance Home Care. I called them to see what we needed to do. I spoke with Bill, who was very helpful, taking time to explain everything. I then called my daughter with the information and a bed and other equipment was delivered the very next day. Excellent service!
