Called the store to ask for help on hospital bed sheet dimensions for the bed we just had delivered and the lady who answered the phone was NOT willing to help at all.....in fact, she was quite rude.....we have Saads Hospice care but will get the proper sheets elsewhere!

The billing process for my daughter'S new wheelchair has been a nightmare! It has been two months and BC STILL has not deceived the required paperwork from Saads. I PERSONALLY DELIVERED THE PAPERWORK TO THE DOCTOR''S OFFICE FOR SAADS. THE DOCS Office faxed it back to Saads and it has been sitting for another month! BC tells me today that they have NOTHING in their system from Saads. Now WHO is the slacker? My daughter had needed a wheelchair ALL HER LIFE!! Why is this such a problem all of a sudden.
