employees are rude there careless about the costumer if you order something you more than likely will not get it then when you call back, they tell you that you can come pick it up i have been trying to get hoses for oxygen for over three weeks and once again they tell me they are sending it or i can come pick it up bet if it was them they would not like being treated this way

they do nothing but LIE every time i have called for service on my home oxygen machine the tell me someone will be out, but they never show when the service man shows up, he says he knew nothing about a call till he talked with me kind of bad when you're on oxygen 24/7 and the people in the Montgomery office could careless

Called them to get a replacement part for my cpap device and they told me that they had the part in stock, and I could just stop by and pick it up. When I arrived shortly later I was told that they did not have it in stock. Apparently they did not check to see if they really had the part in stock before they told me they did.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Yes, they need to move to a quieter location

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, it was downright irritating!
