I have been with Red Cross for about 6 months and the service has been excellent. I had been using Wal-Mart pharmacy for years and finally realized I did not have to accept the extremely poor service and incorrect prescriptions. I switched to Economart pharmacy and that was less than friendly - they keep bankers hours and are not open weekends (that is from the stone age). The pharmacy tech is extremely unhappy with her life and takes it out on the customer (Pharmacist is awesome) - you wont get better service than Red Cross

I hate this pharmacy! I live in Spooner, WI and I've decided today to switch somewhere else to avoid the hassle. Pharmacy staff is lazy and incompetent. They've screwed up my prescriptions so many times which have involved antibiotics for c.diff as well as cardiac meds. They've caused me to be without necessary medications because of their incompetence and wasted so much of my time. You have to wait forever for your prescriptions and i think they do this so that you'll walk around the store and buy their over priced merchandise. While you're waiting you'll enjoy being stalked by their employees who will be vigilant in making sure you're not stealing anything. Too bad they're not as vigilant about making sure you get your medication. Skip this pharmacy! I've had enough of them!
