I wanted to make sure I had this opportunity to comment on how attentive Nicole Williamson was on my first visit to this pharmacy. She went out of her way, in several ways, to try to help me. She made her best effort to try and save me an extra trip up to Wheeling the following week due to a pre-authorization of my insurance (I live in New Martinsville). Also, she helped fax important papers my doctor needed from me that afternoon. Her customer service and courteousness towards me was exceptional! Something you don't witness very often.
