Waiting time in the ER's is atrocious, they referred a "specialist" to do my surgery and it was the WORST provider I have ever visited, he did not adequately fix my broken knee, and I had to see another surgeon for an entire new surgery at an outpatient surgery center (NWOS). When I complained about the care, the way I was treated, and the inadequate resolution to my broken knee, they came back with zero accountability. An "independent" SHMC surgeon reviews my complaints and "shockingly" found that SHMC did no wrong. I will NEVER go to this hospital again, and I will change my insurance plane specifically to avoid having this as my only inpatient choice. Fail SHMC...you just lost a customer for life, and I plan to share my experience with everyone I know and everyone I meet.

I would not recommend this pharmacy to any one. They ask for a message to the pharmacist when you call in your Rx, but they completely diregarded the message. This is how they treat people that work at SHMC, I can only wonder how they treat strangers. I have had to wait in line for a long, long time many times. I have had short refills, so now I always have to count every pill. I am transferring my Rx's, never to use this pharmacy again.

Never! They are always careful to give me the correct amount!

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
