Not really, it wasn't very clean

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Absolutely not. They wouldn't answer my questions

No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

We were traveling when my wife realized she needed to refill a prescription. The pharmacy clerk was understanding of the situation and got the pharmacist involved. The pharmacist asked my wife a series of questions. Unfortunately, he was rather abrupt in the process. Had we known of another pharmacy in the area, we probably would have left at this point. But, we pressed on. They bumped my wife up to the front of the queue and contacted our pharmacy back home. Her prescription was available a short while later.

In hindsight, Heritage Drugs came through for my wife in a timely manner. But, the way we were treated by the pharmacist was not acceptable. That alone would have me seeking out another pharmacy in the area going forward.

We all can have a bad day here and there. Perhaps, the pharmacist was having one the day we visited Heritage Drugs in Stowe, VT.
