Wonderful service . Steve and Keith are very knowledgable and interested in answering your questions about the medications I use. Pricing is very reasonable. I’ve been having my prescriptions filled here for over a decade and have always considered myself to be fortunate to have found Central Pharmacy in Cleveland, Tn.

Something happened over the last year, 7 out of 10 visits prescriptions weren't correct in count - meaning even my receipt / order said 7 for one and 3 for other person and they rang up 8 prescriptions, so I started calling a day or two in advance explained "why" and I would be in on "this date", I get a receipt indicating I was three days early in ordering. I called to reorder once and the lady said "ok thanks" and hung up, didn't even acknowledge what I was ordering. I had to call back and give her my brothers name? They use to be great, now I am moving to another pharmacy, as a 24/7 caregiver I do not have time nor resources to make three trips per day for prescriptions.

I've never had any negative issues with them. They've even gone out of their way to open their other location up after hours to fill my prescription when their Keith St location didn't have the particular medication I needed, in stock. The pharmacist was incredibly kind and offered to go out of his way to make sure I had my medications more than once. I recommend this pharmacy to a lot of people. The only problems I've had is lack of phone calls when my medication was ready for pickup, and a couple of the front counter clerks were not very welcoming and sometimes rudely judgmental. The pharmacy as a whole, though, is really good!

Not at all! They are always thorough, but respectful and professional!

I received a very thorough explaination. I knew exactly what to expect from my prescription

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
I had my perscriptions transferred to another pharmacy and not all active scripts were transferred. One lady in particular is rude.
