Poor service.long wait time up to 2 hrs. Brisk and disrespectful, without any manners nurse. Laught at and ridiculed by the nurse. She input the wrong data in the system.

I used the Minute Clinic the first (and the last) time. The nurse was pleasant and professional but I was not able to call her next day for the follow up information. There is just a general number for Minute Clinic and you can speak just to polite customer service people that have no clue about my trouble. My son is still sick and I have to take him to his doctor now (day later) anyway.
If this is the new way of healthcare God help us all.
