The reception staff often seems lukewarm and too busy to recognize patients as individuals; I felt like a number. However, the nurses and doctors were very friendly and helpful and I was pleased with the care I received. It was very easy to get an appointment.. All my questions were answered. What I have written here applies to two other visits to this clinic as well.
