Melrose Pharmacy failed to submit some prescripts to insurance in a timely manner. Due to their late submission, the insurance rejected the claim. Despite the fact it was an error on the part of Melrose Pharmacy, they still expect the patient to pay full price!!

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Is it easy to refill a prescription over the phone at this pharmacy?

Kind of, but I definitely wish it were easier
