I'm a long time customer and I have to say that in the last couple of years the customer service at this place has gone down dramatically. The owner messed up an order of mine and promised me it would never happen again and they would continue to stock my digestive aid in the future and I would have no further problems getting it.
I have been getting this product for many years, so I come in the next month like always to pick up a bottle and he tells me they don't carry it anymore nor any of the Standard Process brand vitamins! I told him you promissed me last month everything was fine and now without warning you stop carrying these products! He acted as if he could care less about a loyal customer of over 20 years! He really doesn't care about his customers at all, that much is obvious. I will never ever do business with this man or his store again.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
