No, they've never taken personal calls with me

McNabb Pharmacy is the definition of the perfect, small-town, community pharmacy who isn't afraid of going the extra mile to help their patients, no matter what! In the world where big business seems to have taken over the simple values of everyday life, McNabb's has held strong to their community, mom-and-pop feel. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. The staff is always friendly (and easy on the eyes); they always remember me and make me feel comfortable and important. They always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for, even including free delivery! They always make the extra effort to make sure that my prescription is ready as soon as I walk in the door and, if it's not, they make sure to explain to me why there is a delay and keep me engaged, making me feel important as a customer and a patient. I'm always amazed at how great their customer service is, even by their younger, teenaged staff. Anyone who asks me where a good pharmacy is, I always tell them to go here, especially over the chain pharmacies and mail order companies! In fact, McNabb's even does their best to match the prices of the chains and mailorders! I have never had a problem with my prescriptions and they are always on time. A multi-generation, family-owned business, they are absolute experts in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care and would NEVER go anywhere else! Any business who not only cares for their own property, but that of the entire town Common as well (with their BEAUTIFUL flowers in the spring/summer), deserves some serious recognition! McNabb's wholeheartedly cares about our town and it's residents.

I have been going to McNabbs for many years and not only are the professionals, but they treat you as a friend and not just a customer. They explain all my medications to me and what side effects I may have. I have an 88 year old mother who is on many medications and when she cannot get out to get the medications, they deliver. It is a family pharmacy and I would rather go here where they know about all my medications then to go to a large chain that treats you as a prescription number. I actually joke with all of the staff when I go in there . I told them when I retire I am coming to work with them, cause they all are so friendly and the pharmacy is a great place to work.

Absolutely!

Never! They make an extra effort to always be accurate and precise!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

No, I didn't feel comfortable at all

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
