I pick up a prescription at this location on 1/21/15 that was not credited to my deductible (this was out of my pocket from my checking account).
The total was $114.81. Where did the money go and why wasn't it shown in the system. The second transaction for another prescription was for $136.69 on 2/19/15. That was also an out of pocket transaction. That was properly noted.
