This pharmacy was a God send. Due to insurance we couldn't get a med refilled until Sunday and we were out of town in Plainville visiting family. Even though they weren't open Sunday they were willing to come in so we didn't have to go without our medication until we could get home Tuesday. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I pray the new owners continue this wonderful service.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Yes, were very patronizing and questioned my motives
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
No, I had to leave I was so distressed
Does this pharmacy typically put you on a lengthy hold when you call with a question?
Absolutely! I always have to wait forever!
Does this provider treat every client equally?
No, they definitely favor certain clients
