Went there just to give my cat a shave because the knots in her long fur were getting out of control while she was fighting a stomach bug. She was returned to me bruised because not only did they cut her fur, they flat-out scalped a large portion of her. After trying to treat the damage myself, I called and asked if they'd be willing to treat the wound for free because it was entirely their fault, and instead of so much as an apology, Practice Manager Vicki insulted me, claimed her injuries were somehow my fault, and hung up on me. It's now going to cost me thousands of dollars from a new vet to help my poor cat, when all I wanted was Vicki's already over-priced shave, for which I wasn't given so much as a refund or even an apology for their mistake. AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!
