Dr Jaffa has a quiet soothing demeanor that has a calming effect on animals and Their human parents. She has taken care of three of my dogs with compassion and is very knowledable. Would recommend here to anyone looking for a vet

Very rude humans working front desk uncaring and laugh at everyone
problems. when calling for a sick animal do not get you in at a timely matter. read and educate yourself about tests being done at this place they wont tell you till its too late. I would never recommend this place to anyone .and recommend you leave.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
