I've been bringing my furry friend here for almost a month now, and might I say I am very pleased on the relationship I have built with the doctors and staff. They know me and my dog once I walk through the door and greet me ever so kindly.I strongly recommend this being your first stop when it comes to your pets emergency :)

One of my fur babies was not bearing weight on one of her legs so I brought her in to see Dr. Phillips, she specializes in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery. Dr. Phillips felt around and within minutes diagnosed KitKat with a ruptured cruciate. I was told that she would not need surgery and that most cats heal on their own as long as they refrain from jumping. She's also receiving a shot weekly to help her heal. We have one more shot before she is rechecked but is feeling much better. Thanks AERC for being such a great place to take my fur babies!

I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. The examining rooms at Animal Emergency and Referral Center comforting and even had refreshments in them. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really clean and taken care of. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! These veterinarians are so great about making sure I have all the information I need about my pet and all my questions answered. They also made sure my regular veterinarian knew exactly what was going on with my dog which made going there for a recheck afterwards so much easier. AERC is very thorough and caring with everything they do, thank you so much for taking care of my little guy!

Very impressed with my visit to this hospital. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Worked quickly to help my dog as soon as I walked in the door, took her in the back and started treatment while I filled out paperwork, made me feel very comfortable that she was in good hands. In case of an emergency, please do your dog or cat a favor and do not take them anywhere else but the Animal Emergency and Referral Center. Honestly, in my experience with my pets over the years, using another emergency hospital in this area would be a waste of time and money..

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They were by far one of the best I have ever seen in their field. It was by far the best treatment that my furry feline could get! Poseidon my Russian Blue fell ill due to eating a bufo toad? I didn't even know that a simple toad could cause seizures. I thought they were harmless. They made sure that everything was performed in a professional manor. Everyone in the office made me feel welcomed and were constantly updating me on my little Poseidon. Thanks so much!! I hope this helps y'all out!

I was very happy they were available at 5 am! My puppy was very sick. They were very thorough, and caring. It is good to know they are open 24 hours 7 days a week. My puppy is doing much better. Thank you AERC!!

When visiting the Animal Emergency and Referral Center to receive care for my dog after a vicious attack by a neighborhood pet, I was happy to be in a clean, neat, professional environment. He was ready to go home after a matter of hours and was almost immediately himself again--it was a tremendous relief after the terror of seeing my favorite pet attacked. All the thanks in the world to the doctors and staff!

I can not express how much I appreciate all the Doctors & Staff's excellent patient care they gave our dogs. Without these hardworking individuals, our dogs would not be with us today. You all are truly a blessing!
