All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always disorganized and understaffed. You will wait a while. The vet is rude and makes you feel even worse when you bring in a sick pet. Neither of my pets liked her. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.Stay away

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
