It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The staff is very professional and compassionate. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. They are very honest in treatment options and do not make clients spend extra money on medical that is not necessary. . This office always goes beyond the call of duty.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. When my little dog required surgery, they called to tell me she came through ok, then called again to say she was awake and doing well. Dr. Kohan was recommended for this procedure by some UF School of Veterinary Medicine staff.

My mother and I have used CAMELOT animal hospital in Belleview forever...... I was going to give them another chance ( the last time I boarded my dog there he ended up with bites a ticks all over him- $150 dollar bill for all the meds)- because I know accidents happen. Well today I called to make sure they got my fax with the vaccine info... and they told me that there was a note in my folder and that they would have to call me back.. After 1 hour and 20 mins of waiting I decided to call them back. They then told me they can't board my dog because of what happened to him the last time. ( this is after we had already made reservations) It is one week before we leave and you decide to tell me now- I ma glad that I didn't wait until we dropped them off to give them the shot history or I would have been screwed... I would not recommend this business to anyone !!!
