If at first you are impressed with the pretty saltwater fish tank be advised, the way he pays for them is most likely the result of the cost to come, as it pertains to your pet. From my experience with this vet, he is a privateer, plain and simple. He sells medication that can be obtained over the counter at a fraction of the cost to you but for twice the cost and half the effectiveness, advises and badgers for unneeded tests, and banks on your ignorance or concern for your pet to get away with what he does. From what I have observed he has no genuine concern for the pets brought to him but he will gladly take every dime he can with a sad look on his face and a finger pointed at you for not having enough money to make your pet well; if there is an actual hope for saving them or not.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Very knowledgeable vet, This provider has so much helpful information available online too. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

I really liked my first experience with this vet. The staff was friendly and made me feel at ease and the doctor seemed very caring and knowledgeable. I like that it is a one doctor practice and my dog will always see the same vet.

Dr. Otka is a very thorough, extremly knowledgable and kind.
My Bassett was very sick and diagnosed with pancreatitis. He is very compasionate, we had many questions and he made sure we understood all aspects of the disease process and treatment
Our bassett is doing great.
She is back to normal
