Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office?
Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately.

Our dog had a possible ACL tear and after weeks of trying to help the dog we went back and had more x-rays then necessary done. We ended up going to the emergency services in Longmont and 1 x-ray from them determined the tear. Always seem to do unnecessary blood work ups etc.. Office staff does not acknowledge you when you enter. You stand at the desk wondering if they even see you as they talk amoung themselfs. Our cat has an ulcer in her eye that is a lifetime thing. They gave us tiny bottle of eye drops and after complaining about having to come back for the same thing over and over (we complained several times) we had to for the prescription with no alternative. I asked the internet for help. Over the counter Tetracycline for the eye was purchased and cat is much better now. After 7 years we have changed vets. Not sure if it is money or the pets they are interested in.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
