If you take ANY animal in there to be put down, make sure to tell the front desk to not barge in and ask if you want to pay while you're petting the dying creature! I said I would wait but she wanted to argue about it. She's been there for years and definitely knows better! Absolutely the most unprofessional behavior I've ever been subjected to in a vet's office. I still can't believe that happened!

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
