I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Heers for many years now. He is extremely compassionate, and spends more time with me than any other vet I've taken pets to. When one of our dogs starting having seizures, Dr. Heers promptly referred us to a clinic for an MRI, and made arrangements for us to see a specialist. He even gave us his personal email and phone number to allow us to ask questions about medications and problems the dog was having. This dog lived much longer than anticipated with his medical problems, and I know it was due to the care and attention he was given not just by us, but by Dr. Heers. His office staff is courteous, and friendly. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room when I've had an appointment. I dread the day Dr. Heers retires and we have to find another vet to take our beloved dogs to.

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time
