They took good care of a homeless kitty that I rescued and answered all of my questions - they allowed him to stay at their office over the 5 day Thanksgiving holiday so I could get things ready for him at my home - without charging me for the boarding. They took good care of kitty and me! I definitely recommend this place!

This is a wonderful clinic, but I think the care is going to be switched to rescue cats only, not for pet owners to bring their cats in anymore. It may have already switched over in August 2011. They do cat rescue and neutering for the trap-neuter-release programs in the area and they accept donations to help care for homeless cats.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
