Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I was shocked at how unfriendly they were towards my pet. I hate to say it, but I'm not sure I would trust them alone with my pet.
I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
