Best vet in town. Dr Kroger treats me with respect, kindness and attentiveness. He never rushes me or dismisses my concerns. He is patient and caring. The front desk staff, and the phone staff (maybe the same) are always courteous and responsive to me. I have had 2 emergencies, with 2 different dogs, and I was told to come in right away. Only vet I would use for my 3 dogs and 3 cats.

My pet was urinating blood so I brought her right in. They were not able to obtain urine that day, so I had to bring her back and leave her on Saturday. It is not Thursday and I have no heard the results of the $150.00 laboratory report. My cat is very possibly in pain and they don't seem to care, never mind that they have seem to have no lab in house. I thought this was a "hospital".

NEVER AGAIN!!

My pooch, Shadow, developed an ear infection. When I found it, it was getting pretty bad. I called Pam Brambert (local Vet) but they advised they only do Spay/Neutering and Vaccinations. The receptionist said that I would have to find a Vet in town to treat Shadow. I used to use Apache Animal care, but when VCA bought them, the level of care and compassion for a given animal sharply declined, while their prices shot through the roof!

Due to the apparent seriousness of Shadows infected ear, I called Coronado today. They took Shadow right in. Of course they did! The estimate they gave me for "sedation" (he's a big boy) and cleaning his ears, a swab of the ear canal, and for medicine was $229.00. Believe me, that is the LAST time I'll take ANY animal there, and I HIGHLY recommend finding a Vet in Tucson or ANYWHERE else for that matter! Despite the Staff being cordial, this Clinic KNOWS they have a captive audience in this area and they charge accordingly. The other comments are true in this review as well. Shadow had a collar and leash, yet the staff opted to place a nylon rope noose around his neck to walk him with, and the tech jerked the leash when she was trying to leave the room with Shadow. He was simply trying to turn his head to see why I wasn't coming with him! He'll receive his treatment today, however in the future, I'll find another Vet. In the mean-time, I HIGHLY recommend that someone considering treatment or any other care for their pets carefully research before committing and taking their business to Coronado!
