I used this clinic and Dr. Whatley for 3 years for my two dogs. Dr. Whatley himself was friendly and did well with my dogs. However, the ladies that are employed by him are for the most part AWFUL! Their sense of customer service is terrible. They, and most specifically Suzanne, are rude and snotty towards me even though I was perfectly pleasant. I mentioned this to my husband and family several times throughout the years I used their services but kept going because of the location and care from Dr. Whatley. However, my latest interaction with Suzanne was so awful that I will NEVER go there again! There was a charting error made on my last visit over a month ago. I spent over $230 that day getting vacs caught up and even pointed out to several different employees how important it was to have their records up to date and on point bc we are moving out of state very soon. So the charting error caused us issues and when I called to have them corrected Suzanne told me to correct the charts I would need to pay an additional $31! I told her that I would not pay for it, because it was their error. She told me that she wouldn't update the records even though my dog got the shots already unless I paid?!! I told her I would have gladly paid for everything on the day I was there but now over a month later, I wouldn't pay for an error that I discovered and that they made! She hung up on me!! I never yelled or said any harsh words but she still hung up on me! How terrible can you be at your job?? Apparently, Dr. Whatley allows this behavior at his clinic and even though when I called back and explained it all to Cheryl (sp)She was apologetic though not really nice about it but did relay the info the Dr. Whatley who agreed it was their recording and charging error they would wave the fee to, "avoid a fuss." I found his response to be rude and insulting. I've been in customer service for 20 years and worked at a vet for 4 years, if I ever acted the way these employees act I wouldn't have lasted a day. So if you care about customer service, manners, or accuracy then avoid this place. Give your hard earned money to a clinic that cares about your pet and you and that will treat you with respect.

I have been a customer of The Pet Clinic for over 30 years. They have been the best with all my pets. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They really care about your pets and ask you every step of the way what you want to do. They love animals and want the best for them and for you. I always call first and ask questions and they are willing to give you advice before you come. That is a real helpful tool.

I have a shy dog and his staff actually took the time to make her feel at ease. Dr. Whatley was patient with her. He is simply amazing!

I've been taking my doggie babies to Dr. Whately at the Pet Clinic for many years and have nothing but good to say about him and his staff. They are all very sweet to me and understand how much my dogs mean to me. They are professional and also very compassionate as well. I trust them completely and very enthusiasticly recommend them. I am very thankful for Dr. Mike Whately and his loyal staff. I give them the highest rating of 5 stars.
