I am beyond shocked! Frustrated! Insulted! An very unprofessional staff.
My Maltese was in to have its normal 6 months teeth cleaning. No advise of any extraction. No informative call when they discovered he had infection. No getting permission from me to do the procedure and they removed ALL of his front upper teeth and 2 of his front lower teeth. Then they didn't have the decency to tell me what they had done when I picked him up. I didn't even know until I got the dog home and was inspecting his mouth to be shocked by the sight of NO front teeth.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE. STAY AWAY

Keep in mind it has been awhile, We adopted a dog from the local humane society and it was taken here to be fixed. The vet noticed the dog had already been fixed but cut her open anyway. (which was charged to humane society) She also charged us an extra $16 stating the dog had fleas and she gave it Frontline, which the humane society had already done. She would not come out and talk to us, instead we could hear her in the background complaining how she was already doing the spaying for next to nothing, I beleive she gets paid $75 a dog by the humane society. If she doesnt want to do the job then she needs to take her name off the humane society's vet list
