I had to wait in a room with my 19 year old sick cat for a long time. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They only seemed to be attentive when it was time for me to pay. I told them that I was currently unemployed and would like to make payments. My statement was completely ignored even though they had ads hanging all over their walls about payment plans. They were cold and not friendly enough. I will not ever go back to them again. I will look for a different Vet.
