I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Heritage Animal Clinic for the kindness they showed us this day.

My daughter Evalyn is autistic, and her closest friend was Mike the cat. Its hard to overstate the importance of that relationship. Mike became ill rather suddenly, and even the staff's best efforts were not enough to save him.

The staff's kindness to my daughter, the time they put into this, and their professionalism will assure that Heritage Animal Clinic will always be my choice, and I will recommend it to anyone who needs a veterinarian.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet?
No, I have complete faith in their care.

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
Was this provider's office too cold?
Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available.
